This delightful 4 bedroom family rental villa is on the peaceful Davenport gated community of Solana on the US27, midway between the US192 and the I-4 Highway. The spacious privately owned villa offers 2 lounge areas, a well-equipped games room for family entertainment and a private pool and spa area to help make the most of the glorious Florida sunshine. You and your family have full access to the resort facilities during your stay, including the heated swimming pool and hot tub, Tiki bar, well-equipped gym, beach volleyball court, mini golf and children’s play area. These facilities are located at the clubhouse, an easy 3 minute walk from your villa through the quiet streets. Guests wanting to experience the rides, parades and character meet and greets of Disney World can do so within 25-30 minutes of leaving this community. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes, with Universal Resorts, which includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park, a 35-40 minute drive along the I-4 Highway. The US192 is a few miles north of Solana and has hundreds of restaurant options for you to choose from, enough to satisfy all tastes, appetites and budgets.
As soon as you enter through the front door of the villa you are into the first of two lounge areas, this one has comfy seating and a window overlooking the front garden, the perfect place to sit and relax with a good book, or to chat with each other about the exciting day you have just had. The second lounge area is towards the rear of the villa and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading outside to the sunny pool deck so you can easily keep an eye on the kids splashing around. The open-plan kitchen has been equipped with everything you might need to prepare tasty meals or snacks for the family, there are 2 dining tables in the villa, either one of them makes a great place to sit and play board games once the dishes have been cleared away.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the lounge, away from all other bedrooms, it has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the lounge is Bedroom 2 which has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has Twin beds and overlooks the pool deck, Bedroom 4 has also been furnished with Twin beds, these rooms have both been decorated and furnished in a style that suits all guests.
Head to the games room to play pool, table football or air hockey if you want to escape the hot Florida sun, or if you want to challenge other family members to find out who the sporting champion is. The clubhouse is a 3 minute stroll from here and offers community facilities and activities including a heated swimming pool, hot tub, Tiki bar, fitness centre, play area, beach volleyball court and kiddie’s play park.
The sunny pool deck area has plenty of seating and sun lounger options for everybody and with easy-access handrails and steps into the pool and spa, everybody can get to enjoy themselves in the water.
The popular Davenport community of Solana, with 24hour manned security at the entrance, is on the US27, close to Disney World, Universal and Orlando’s top theme parks.
