Theme park fans will appreciate the location of this community, situated just 10-15 minutes away from Disney World and just 20-25 minutes from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Less than half an hours’ drive from here is Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay. Other attractions in the area include Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live!, just 10 minutes away from here. Shops, restaurants and take-aways offering choices for all tastes and desires can be found on the bustling US192, again just a short drive away from here.
This modern, open-plan, vacation villa has all the comforts and luxuries you would hope to find in a villa such as this and will help you and your family relax to enjoy quality time together here in Orlando. The centrally placed kitchen has the appliances, gadgets and utensils to satisfy any culinary task, and the breakfast bar allows helpers and advisors to sit in comfort offering their opinion as the nominated chef of the day works some magic. The nearby dining table is perfect for special occasion meals, with enough seats for 14 people, great for meals or evening fun playing board games. The family lounge is between the kitchen and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck, it has a large corner sofa and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A second lounge area upstairs is a great home cinema room, furnished with 11 individual cinema-style seats in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a perfect setting for movie nights or for watching an important sporting fixture.
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the left of the lounge and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with doors leading directly to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is another room with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4, upstairs at the back of the villa has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 7, a Harry Potter-themed room with Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is downstairs to the right of the front door and next to a family bathroom, it has a Queen-size bed and windows overlooking the garden. Bedroom 6 is centrally placed upstairs and has a Queen-size bed, this is next to a family bathroom, the other side of which is Bedroom 8, a Moana-themed room with Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this villa have a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice as they drift off to sleep after a busy day at the parks.
Many happy memories can be made in the air-conditioned games room as you practice your trick shots or potting skills on the pool table before aiming to get the high-score on one of the many arcade-style machines in here. Additional community facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 4 minute walk from here, including a resort-style heated pool with water slides, lazy river and kiddie’s splash pool, a separate spa, a licenced Tiki bar open 7 days a week, a convenience store, a modern gym and outdoor courts for tennis and beach volleyball.
