Situated on ChampionsGate, a popular gated resort community on the US27 in Davenport, this privately owned rental villa has 8 bedrooms with enough beds to sleep up to 19 guests and themed bedrooms for younger family members, a well-equipped, air-conditioned games room, a home cinema room with comfy reclining chairs, 2 lounge areas and a south-facing pool and spa, both heated free of charge for our guests, complimentary gas BBQ grill , a covered outdoor dining area, pool deck TV, privacy screening and access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom. Guests staying on ChampionsGate have access to the resort facilities at Oasis Clubhouse, including a heated swimming pool with lazy river and water slides, Tiki bar and restaurant, sports courts, well-equipped gym, games room and cinema. ChampionsGate Village is nearby and has a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants to choose from serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lively US192, a couple of miles north of the community, has hundreds more options to choose from, satisfying all tastes and dietary requirements. Disney theme parks can be found along the US192 and will take 20-25 minutes to reach. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are popular with tourists and are less than half an hours’ drive away from ChampionsGate. Universal Resorts, where you will find The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is a 30-35 minute drive away.
This highly recommended holiday home will give you and your family every opportunity to relax together away from the chaos of your normal everyday lives. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen area that is a chef’s delight, equipped with all the necessary appliances and gadgets for a self-catering holiday. The breakfast bar has 4 stools and is the ideal place to sit and relax with a morning coffee as you work out your plans for the day ahead. Situated close to patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck is the family dining table, a great setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge has been furnished with a large sectional sofa in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The upstairs lounge is ideal if viewing preferences differ and has 2 comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV. The home cinema room is upstairs as well and this has 10 cinema-style reclining chairs in front of a very large TV, perfect for movie nights or for an important game of football.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor, to the left of the kitchen, and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and is a Mickey Mouse-themed room with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 6, a Toy Story room furnished with Bunk beds. Bedroom 3 is centrally placed upstairs and is an Aladdin-themed room with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 5, a Pirates of the Caribbean-themed room with bunk beds and a Double bed, perfect for a trio of young siblings. Bedroom 4 is downstairs to the left of the front door and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway if required. Bedroom 7, upstairs at the front, is a Frozen-themed room with Bunk beds sleeping up to 4 guests, this room is close to the Lilo & Stitch-themed Bedroom 8 which has been furnished with Bunk beds. Not listed as a bedroom in this home, but a fun place for a child to sleep is the downstairs cupboard close to the kitchen, it is a Harry Potter-themed room with a single bed and flatscreen TV.
The amazing games room, one of the best villa games rooms on ChampionsGate, has air-conditioning, 2 very large TVs connected to games consoles, a pool table, table football, basketball game and an air hockey table. The resort facilities, just 12 minutes walk from here, include a heated swimming pool with lazy river and water slides, Tiki bar, restaurant, games room, cinema and sports courts.
Make sure you have enough time in your holiday schedule to recharge your batteries, and what better place to do this than back at your villa. The south-facing outside area has privacy screens on all sides, a pool and relaxing spa, both heated free of charge for our guests, a large undercover dining area with pool side TV, gas BBQ grill and direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom.
