The resort facilities on ChampionsGate are available for all guests to enjoy and include a well-equipped gym, clubhouse cinema, restaurant, games room with arcade-style machines, heated swimming pools with water slides and lazy river, children’s splash zone, separate spa, licenced Tiki bar, sunbathing terrace and tennis and beach volleyball courts. The fun and excitement of Disney World is only 20-25 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hour away as well. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park will take just 30-35 minutes to reach by car. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars and take-aways are all close by, with the nearest selection being found at ChampionsGate Village, a couple of minutes away from your villa.
This privately owned villa allows you and your family the chance to live in luxury together as you enjoy special time here in Orlando. The spacious open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen, equipped with all the gadgets and appliances you could possibly need, including 2 large American-style fridges. The breakfast bar has seating for 8 people, a perfect place for the kids to enjoy their cereal each morning before you set off for a day at the parks. The nearby dining table has sedating for 10 people, a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The downstairs lounge, with lots of natural light, comfy seating and a flatscreen TV has windows overlooking the west-facing pool deck, The upstairs lounge has comfy seating and a flatscreen TV if some members of your family want to watch a different programme. Movie fans can take themselves off to the home cinema room upstairs at the front of the villa, it has individual reclining seats and a giant wall-mounted TV.
The Main bedroom, downstairs close to the kitchen, has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with a door leading directly to the pool area. Bedroom 2, to the right of the front door, has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway if required. All other bedrooms are upstairs, Bedroom 3 is a Lilo and Stitch-themed bedroom with 2 sets of Bunk beds, perfect for 4 younger family members wanting to sleep in the same room, this room shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 6, an amazing Pirate-themed room with a unique boat-shaped Double bed. Bedroom 4 is at the back of the villa and is a Toy Story-inspired room with a custom made set of Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom shared with the Frozen-themed Bedroom 5, another room furnished with 2 sets of Bunk beds. Bedroom 7 is a Superheroes-themed room opposite Bedroom 6 and has been furnished with a King-size bed. Bedroom 8, at the front of the villa is another bedroom with a King-size bed and this room is close to the upstairs bathroom.
The amazing air-conditioned games room is downstairs at the front of the villa and has been equipped with table football, air hockey, a basketball game, arcade machines and 2 TVs connected to games consoles. With seating and air-conditioning in here as well, all family members can make long-lasting memories together in comfort. The resort facilities, just 11 minutes’ walk away from the villa, include heated outdoor swimming pools with lazy river and water slides, a separate spa, sunbathing area with loungers and cabanas, a licenced Tiki bar, restaurants, a well-equipped gym, a clubhouse cinema and sports courts for tennis and beach volleyball.
After long days at the nearby theme parks you can come home to your villa for a well deserved rest, the west-facing outside area includes your own private pool, relaxing spa, both of which are heated free of charge for our guests, a covered dining area, a free gas BBQ grill and direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom.
