Situated on the gated Kissimmee community of Emerald Island, this really nice 4 bedroom vacation villa is the perfect choice for any family holiday to Orlando, it offers a secluded pool and spa with hedges and woodland views on all sides giving you total privacy when enjoying the Florida sunshine. The kids will want to spend lots of time in the air-conditioned games room competing against each other in friendly tournaments. Disney World theme parks are about 10 minutes away, SeaWorld is about 15-20 minutes away and Universal will take about 30 minutes from here. Community facilities, available for all guests to use, include a pool, gym, sports courts and some beautiful walking and jogging trails, these can be found within a 7 minute walk from the villa.
This well-decorated holiday villa has been furnished and decorated to high standards throughout and the open-plan living accommodation includes a family lounge area at the rear of the villa. This has comfy sofas in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV as well as doors leading outside to the pool deck area so you can wander in and out with ease. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of space for everybody to pitch in with meal preparation so you don’t have to spend all your time waiting on others, a breakfast bar seating 2 people is ideal for snacks at anytime of the day. Overlooking the pool deck is a dining table with 4 seats, the perfect place for tea and toast in the morning. Near the front of the villa is a larger dining table for evening meals or for sitting around playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away.
The Main bedroom sits apart from all the others and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom, also with a door to the pool deck. Near the front of the villa is Bedroom 2 which also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is centrally placed and has Twin beds, this is next to Bedroom 4 which also has Twin beds and has been decorated in a fun Mickey Mouse theme. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so everybody gets the option of enjoying lazy holiday mornings in bed watching television.
The carpeted games room will prove to be a hit with all the family, particularly the youngsters. An air-conditioning unit has been provided to help you keep your cool as you challenge other family members to games of pool or table football. The wall-mounted TV means you can still keep an eye on any sporting games you want to watch at the same time. The amazing resort facilities, just a 7 minute walk from here, are available for guests to use and include a heated swimming pool, separate spa, games room, sports courts, fitness centre and a walking and jogging trail.
Kids will love splashing around in the pool all holiday, and the adults can relax in the spa as they supervise them. With hedges to both sides and woodland views to the rear, you can truly relax here with no overlooking neighbours. There are plenty of seating options and sun loungers provided for everybody and the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom is accessible from the pool deck.
