This large family villa is a perfect choice for your holiday to the Sunshine State, allowing everybody the chance to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of your normal everyday lives. As soon as you walk through the front door you are in a formal lounge area with comfy seating and windows overlooking the garden, a great place to sit and relax with your favourite novel after a busy day. Next to this lounge is a formal dining table with 6 chairs, an ideal setting for mealtimes or fun playing board games together. Centrally placed on the left of the villa is the large kitchen and between this and doors leading to the sun-drenched pool deck is a high-top dining table with 6 chairs, the perfect spot for breakfast each morning. The second lounge area is adjacent to this and has a large comfy corner sofa positioned in front of a flatscreen TV, perfect for watching a movie as you munch on a bowl of popcorn.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the right of the rear lounge and has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front on the right of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the front on the left and has a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 4, also with a Queen-size bed, is decorated to appeal to fans of Harry Potter. Bedroom 5 is next to the fourth bedroom and is a Mickey Mouse-themed room with Twin beds. Bedroom 6, on the other side of the landing is a Frozen-themed room with Twin beds and Bedroom 7, at the back on the right, is a Harley Davidson-themed room with Bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own television, making early nights or relaxing holiday mornings in bed even more enjoyable.
The fun games room will be the place many happy memories are made together as you play endless games of pool, air hockey and table football. Players waiting for their turn on the tables can either sit back and watch or play a few games of PacMan while they wait.
