Guests staying here have access to the community tennis court, play area and jogging trail as well as the very large outdoor pool. Magic Kingdom, Epcot and the other Disney World parks are just 15-20 minutes from here, and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 20-25 minutes away. Harry Potter fans eager to ride on Hogwarts Express or to take a leisurely walk through the cobbled streets of Hogsmeade can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour. The lively US192 is about a 10 minute drive from here and has hundreds of dining options for you, taking care of all budgets, tastes and dietary requirements. Holidaymakers looking to splash some cash are spoilt for choice, within 15-20 minutes you can be at The Loop, an outdoor retail development, or Premium Outlets for some big name brands at bargain prices. This holiday villa offers all the comforts of home and will help you relax and get the most out of your time here in Orlando. The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating for everybody in front of a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the southwest-facing pool deck. The kitchen is nearby and has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you would expect to find in a self-catering property and is close to the dining table, a great place for meals and board game playing fun in the evenings.
All of the bedrooms are near to each other on the right, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is across a small hall from here and has a Queen-size bed and windows overlooking the pool deck. Bedroom 3 also has windows overlooking the pool area and has been furnished with a set of Bunk beds and a Single bed. All bedrooms have their own TV so there is no reason to miss out on watching your favourite programme as you settle down at the end of a long day.
The community facilities are a couple of minutes away from here and include a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, kiddie's play area with swings and slides and a jogging trail for guests wishing to stay in shape.
The southwest-facing pool deck benefits from having fencing to all sides, giving you and your guests some extra privacy. There is also a covered dining area where you can sit and relax with drinks and snacks as you make plans for your next Florida holiday.
The quiet Kissimmee community of Indian Point is close to Disney World and offers a range of private villas to rent, many of which have games rooms, south or west-facing pools and views of the natural lake the community is built around.
