The open-plan layout downstairs includes a welcoming lounge area as soon as you step through the front door. This room has a large corner sofa, windows overlooking the front garden and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Adjacent to the front lounge is a family dining table with seating for at least 6 people, a great place to enjoy meals or evening fun playing board games. Continuing through the villa, the modern kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you are likely to need of you decide to cook a meal for everybody, and the breakfast bar is a great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee and plate of cookies. A second dining table overlooks the pool deck, making this a great place to enjoy breakfast as you start making plans for the day ahead. The main family lounge is downstairs on the left of the villa, comfy seating and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV means you can watch a movie and still be close to other family members at the same time. The extremely large Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs at the back of the villa, it is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a King-size bed. Adjacent to this bedroom is a family bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the back and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, close by is Bedroom 4, another room with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has been furnished with 2 sets of Bunk beds and has its own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 6 is upstairs at the back and has been furnished with Bunk beds and again has its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice as they relax at the end of a busy day.
Enjoy fun evenings together in the air-conditioned games room as you play endless games of pool or table football against each other, or if video-gaming is your thing you can challenge family members to a game on the arcade-style machine instead.
