This nicely furnished and decorated villa has plenty of space and all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. As you enter through the front door you will be met by a formal dining table on the left, a perfect setting for evening meals or fun together playing games and chatting. On the right of the entrance is a smaller table, a great spot for park-planning meetings each morning. Centrally placed is the modern kitchen, it has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed to fulfil any culinary requirements and the breakfast bar is a convenient spot for that relaxing cup of coffee throughout the day. Between the kitchen and windows overlooking the west-facing pool deck is another dining table, an ideal place for tea and toast each morning. The family lounge is filled with natural light and has a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and enough comfy seating so that everybody can gather round and watch a movie together.
The Main bedroom sits away from all others, it is at the left of the villa on the back and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, down a hallway on the right of the villa, has windows overlooking the front garden, a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds, this room is next to Bedroom 4, furnished with Bunk beds and situated close to a family bathroom and a door leading to the pool area. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch a late-night movie as they drift off to sleep at the end of each busy day.
The well-equipped games room is at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table, air hockey game and table football. It has air-conditioning in here as well, helping to keep players and spectators cool as long-lasting memories are made in here. The resort facilities, a 10 minute walk away from here at the clubhouse, include a meeting lounge, a well-equipped gym, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a separate lazy river, a spa, a sunbathing area with loungers and cabanas, sports courts and a children’s play area with swings and slides.
