Many of Orlando’s most popular theme parks, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, are just 15-20 minutes from here, and Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is 20-25 minutes away along the easy to reach I-4 Highway. Within a 10 minute walk of The Fountains is ChampionsGate Village, this is where you can find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and fast food outlets, taking care of any taste, desire or dietary request you may have.
The open-plan layout gives you and your family plenty of space to be able to relax together and forget about any stresses and strains from your normal everyday lives. The modern kitchen has granite worktops and all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you are likely to need should you decide to make a meal for your family, and the breakfast bar here is a great place to sit as you enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day, or a glass of wine while you watch the nominated chef prepare dinner for you all. Next to the kitchen is a small dining table, a perfect spot for that early morning coffee as you get together to work out your plans for the day ahead. At the rear of the property is the family lounge, furnished with comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV and with patio doors leading to the outside area.
All bedrooms are upstairs in this property, the large Main bedroom is at the back and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the property and has a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 3 has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would be suitable for all guests. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that nobody has to miss out on watching their programme of choice as they drift off to sleep after a busy day.
No games room in this property but guests staying here have access to the community facilites at the nearby clubhouse which has a TV lounge and well-equipped gym, as well as a swimming pool, separate spa and sunbathing deck with loungers and cabanas.
After busy days at the theme parks, shopping malls or golf courses, return home to enjoy a rest on the patio area outside the lounge. With casual seating, privacy walls to both sides and peaceful woodland views to the rear, this is a great place to recharge your batteries.
The small gated community of Fountains is close to Disney World and Universal Resorts and within easy walking distance of a wide selection of restaurants and fast food outlets.
