Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove no more than half an hour’s drive away. Universal Resorts, again just half an hour away from here, is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay. Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live! can be found on the US192 near Sunset Walk and this is just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Oaks. A wide selection of shops and restaurants can be found at ChampionsGate Village, about 3 miles away, with enough choice to satisfy all tastes and budgets for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This nicely furnished and decorated villa offers plenty of space for the whole family and will give everybody the chance to relax and enjoy this special time together. The open-plan layout includes a kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you are likely to need and has a convenient breakfast bar with 2 stools. Within the kitchen area is a small dining table close to windows overlooking the front garden, making this the perfect place for tea and toast each morning. Close to the villa entrance is another dining table, an ideal setting for everybody to gather for a special occasion meal or for fun evenings playing games and chatting. At the rear of the villa is the lounge area, filled with lots of natural light from the patio doors leading out to the west-facing pool area and furnished with a large corner sofa in front of a flatscreen TV.
The extremely large Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed, door to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back on the right and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that can be accessed from the living areas and also has a door directly to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is nearby and has been furnished with a Double bed. All bedrooms in this villa have a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV for extra guest comfort and convenience.
Head to the games room where fun moments become long-lasting memories as you challenge each other to games of table football or table tennis, with seating provided for when you need to take a break for a few minutes.
The relaxing pool deck area has west-facing views across the natural lake at the heart of the community, your own private pool, plenty of sun lounger and seating options, a covered dining area and direct access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 2.
Built around 2000, the peaceful Davenport community of Thousand Oaks, with just over 200 homes, is surrounded, as the name suggests, by mature trees and conservation areas. It has several deep water fishing lakes teeming with fish and yet is only 15 minutes away from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. Supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses are all located a couple of miles away at ChampionsGate.
