There are plenty of dining options nearby, Berry Town Center is a couple of minutes away and has a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants. ChampionsGate Village is a few miles south of here and has a range of family restaurants to choose from, while the popular US192, a few miles north, has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.

The Main bedroom is on the left of the front lounge area and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a door to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 4 is next to this and has Twin beds and a Single bed and has been decorated in a style that would be suitable for everybody. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to watch a late-night movie as they drift off to sleep.
A pool table at the front of the villa is in an air-conditioned part of the house so everybody gets to keep cool, no matter how heated the play gets! The nearby home cinema room also has air-conditioning, so everybody gets the chance to sit back in comfort and watch a movie on the giant flatscreen TV.
The secluded outside area has no overlooking neighbours to the rear, a covered dining space, a freestanding hot tub and your own private pool, making this the perfect place to recharge your batteries and to start planning your next Orlando villa holiday. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 2 from the pool deck, avoiding any mad sprints through the villa with wet feet!
