The community facilities, including basketball hoop, children’s playground and a family BBQ and picnic area, are just a couple of minutes’ walk away from your villa. Restaurant options, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements, can be found in ChampionsGate Village or Berry Town Center, both just a couple of minutes’ drive from here, or along the lively US192, a few miles north of the community. Theme park fans will appreciate the location of West Stonebridge, Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in less than half an hour and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is 30-35 minutes away by car.
This comfortable villa has an open-plan layout giving you and your family every opportunity to relax and enjoy your precious time here in Orlando. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets needed for a self-catering holiday and a convenient breakfast bar for 2 people. A nearby dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great spot for tea and toast in the morning. A larger dining table on the left of the villa has enough seats so that everybody can enjoy a special occasion meal in the evenings or to enjoy a few games of cards and a chat after a day at the parks. The family lounge has lots of natural light and has a large sectional sofa in front of a flatscreen TV so you can all sit in comfort and watch a movie.
The Main bedroom, at the back of the villa on the left, has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and this is close to Bedroom 3, a fun Minions-themed Twin-bedded room with windows overlooking the front garden.
The community facilities are just a couple of minutes walk away from the villa and include a children’s play area with swings and slides and a basketball hoop so you can practice your ball-dunking skills together. A nearby picnic and BBQ area is a great way to enjoy time outdoors and meet other families staying on the community.
After busy days at the theme parks you might want to return to your villa for some rest and relaxation. With a private swimming pool, covered dining area, plenty of seating options, a pool deck loo and no rear neighbours overlooking you, this is a great place to unwind and make memories together as you start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
The US27 community of West Stonebridge, is a cute community with just 75 privately owned villas, and was built in 2005. Shops and restaurants to suit everybody can either be found a few miles north on the popular US192, or head south a few miles to the Posner Park retail development. Disney theme parks are located less than 20 minutes away, with Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive all being less than 30 minutes drive away.
