Located on the gated community of Crystal Cove in Kissimmee, this privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa has a south-facing pool deck, access to community facilities and is very close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions. Start by making your way to the community facilities at the clubhouse, which is only 5 minutes walk away, and includes a well-equipped gym, computer room, games room and TV lounge, while outside there is a large swimming pool and children’s play area. Once you are ready to venture out further, make your way to Disney World, which is only 15-20 minutes away by car and home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where all your childhood dreams can come true. Otherwise, drive 25-30 minutes to reach Universal Resorts and walk the corridors of Hogwarts at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaking wet at at Volcano Bay and face raptors at Jurassic Park in Islands of Adventure. Lovers of ocean life should head to SeaWorld to experience it first hand, or Discovery Cove, to swim with dolphins, both only 20-25 minutes away. Take a break from cooking and drive 5 minutes to the popular US192 as it is home to hundreds of family friendly restaurants that will satisfy all cravings or dietary requirements.
This vacation villa will be a home away from home for you during your stay in Orlando. With a modern and well-equipped kitchen located to the left, you will find everything you will need to whip up some tasty meals, as well as breakfast bar seating for 3, a great place to start the morning with tea and toast. To the right is a formal dining table with seating for 8, so everyone can gather around and enjoy a meal that has been cooked up by the designated chef, then play games together after the dishes have been cleared away. Towards the rear right is a spacious family lounge with plenty of natural light, seating for 7 and a flatscreen TV on which you can watch all your favourite movies together. A nearby window overlooks the south-facing pool deck, while a door provides access, so the kids can come and go to the pool as they please.
The large Main bedroom is located to the back left of the villa, with a King-size bed, window overlooking the south-facing pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Centrally located upstairs is Bedroom 2, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the front right and has a Mickey Mouse-theme with Twin beds. Near Bedroom 3, to the front, is Bedroom 4, decorated in a style suitable for all ages with Twin beds.
Walk just 5 minutes and make your way to Crystal Cove clubhouse to make use of the community facilities, including a well-equipped gym, computer room, games room and TV lounge, while outside you will find a large swimming pool and children’s play area, ideal for tiring out the kids before bed.
Relax in privacy on your very own south-facing pool deck, with no overlooking neighbours and conservation views to the rear. While the kids play in the private pool, sit back at the covered dining area and soak up the sun as you sip on a chilled drink, all while making plans for your very next Orlando villa vacation.
The tree-lined gated community of Crystal Cove is close to Disney and the historic Old Town of Kissimmee, with its range of shops and restaurants, including a large 24hour Walmart. Many of our rental villas have a games room and private south or west-facing pool and spa, and some even have lake or conservation views as well. Orlando’s other major attractions, including Universal and SeaWorld can be reached easily from Crystal Cove. Florida’s famous beaches are less than 2 hours drive away.
