Theme park fans will appreciate the location of this community, Disney World can be reached in just 15-20 minutes and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are only 20-25 minutes away. Harry Potter fans keen to explore Diagon Alley can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour. Terra Verde is approximately 5 minutes away from the bustling US192 which is lined on both sides with hundreds of dining options, taking care of all dietary requirements you may have for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
This comfortable home from home is perfect to help you and your family forget about the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you might need if you decide to cook a family meal. The breakfast bar has 2 stools and is a great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee, or enjoy tea and toast at the dining table that has a view of the pool deck. A larger dining table is at the front of the villa, a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The family lounge is at the rear of the property and has a large flatscreen TV, comfy seating and doors leading to the sun-drenched pool area.
The Main bedroom is away from all others at the rear of the villa, it has a Queen-size bed, patio doors to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom with another door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa, it has windows overlooking the garden, a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is down a corridor to the left of the kitchen and has been furnished with Twin beds, this room is next to Bedroom 4 which has a set of Bunk beds. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice as they drift off to sleep after a busy day.
Make fantastic memories together in the games room as you challenge each other to games of pool or table tennis. Additional activities can be found at the clubhouse, a 10 minute walk from here, and these community facilities include a heated swimming pool, sunbathing terrace, licensed Tiki bar, games room, well-equipped gym, internet room, kiddie’s playground and outdoor sports courts for everybody to use.
