On the world-famous gated Emerald Island resort is this southwest-facing, privately owned villa with an air-conditioned games room area within the house and no rear neighbours from the pool and spa deck. Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 10 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away and Universal Resorts and International Drive about half an hour from here. The US192 is just a couple of miles from the community and this is where you can find hundreds of popular restaurants, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites. The resort has some of the best community facilities on offer in the Kissimmee area, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, Tiki bar, tennis and volleyball courts, picnic and BBQ area, children’s play area, computer lounge, gym, sauna and exercise trails, these can all be accessed at the clubhouse which is just a 10-15 minute walk from the villa.
The family lounge, filled with natural light coming from the patio doors leading to the pool deck, is at the heart of the villa, this has seating for 8 people in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The open-plan kitchen with black appliances, granite worktops, central island and all the equipment you might need, is to the right of the lounge. Opposite the kitchen there is a high-top dining table for 6 people which has windows overlooking the pool deck. There is a further dining table at the front of the villa, with seating for 6, a great place to sit and enjoy an evening of playing board games together.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the lounge at the back of the villa, it has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have Queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms and are near each other at the front of the property. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are at the back of the villa, Bedroom 4 has a Queen-size bed and Bedroom 5 has Twin beds. For guests' added comfort and convenience, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and flatscreen TVs.
For those who enjoy a little friendly competition, there is a games room at the front of the villa. Here you can enjoy a pool table and table football in air-conditioned comfort. A TV and a sofa seating has also been provided for guests to be able to relax in each other’s company. Guests staying here also have access to the resort facilities at the clubhouse, a 10-15 minute walk from here, or 2-3 minutes by car if you prefer. This is where you can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, Tiki bar, tennis and volleyball courts, picnic and BBQ area, children’s play area, gym, sauna and jogging trails.
After a tiring day at the theme parks, come back home to your villa and enjoy the peaceful outside area. Everybody will be able to jump in the pool and cool down, making lots of memories together and any weary leg muscles can be eased in the spa. With privacy screening to the sides and a conservation view to the rear, this is a great pool deck to sit and relax on, enjoying a cold drink or an alfresco meal around the table. There is direct access to the family bathroom from the pool deck, so no need to go running through the house with wet feet on a mad dash for the loo!
