Disney World is a few miles along the popular US192 and can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes from here, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 20 minutes away and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, is about 30 minutes’ drive away. Hundreds of family restaurants are waiting to be discovered within a couple of miles of Paradise Palms, taking care of all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements.
As soon as you enter through the front door you can relax and start enjoying some quality time with your family. The open-plan layout of the villa starts with a large dining table, a great place to sit and enjoy evenings playing board games once the dinner plates have been cleared away. The kitchen is on the right-hand side and has all the modern appliances, equipment and utensils you would hope to find in a house like this. The breakfast bar, seating 3 people, is a great place to sit and enjoy drinks, snacks and chats throughout the day. The main family lounge is close by and is filled with lots of natural light, it has patio doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck, a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. There is a second lounge area upstairs in case viewing preferences differ, and this one also has a large corner sofa and flatscreen TV.
The spacious Main bedroom is at the top of the stairs and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and this is close to Bedroom 4, a Twin-bedded room decorated in a Harry Potter theme. Bedroom 5 is back downstairs, to the left of the front door, and has Twin beds and a fun Disney theme, it is next to the downstairs bathroom. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programmes.
Although this villa does not have a traditional games room, the garage has been equipped with a sofa and a TV connected to a games console, perfect for teenagers to take themselves off for a few games. Additional community facilities and activities can be found at the clubhouse, a 4 minute walk from here, and these include a heated lagoon-style swimming pool with slides and splash zone, outdoor sports courts, Tiki bar, sauna, games room with arcade machines and a well-equipped gym.
The south-facing deck, with conservation views to the rear, will be a great place to return home to each evening and relax with a glass of something cold. The private pool and spa will be welcomed by all the family. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 2 from the pool deck, avoiding any mad dashes through the house with wet feet!
