This comfortable and very spacious open-plan villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together and enjoy quality time here in Orlando. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. A nearby dining table has 8 chairs and is a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting, and this is next to patio doors leading to the pool area. The downstairs family lounge overlooks the pool deck and has comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV, upstairs is a second lounge area if you want to watch a movie in comfort.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the back of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2, upstairs at the back of the villa on the left, has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, at the back of the villa on the right, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is centrally placed upstairs and is an Avengers-themed room with Twin beds, this is close to the Disney Princess-inspired Bedroom 5 which is also furnished with Twin beds. All bedrooms in this villa have their own flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing as you watch your favourite programme before drifting off to sleep.
The games room, positioned downstairs at the front of the villa, has a pool table, basketball game and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Resort facilities, a 3 minute drive away at the clubhouse, include a computer room with free wi-fi, a TV lounge, a modern gym and outdoor activities including a children’s play area, sports courts, sunbathing terrace and a heated swimming pool with spa and separate lazy river.
