A wide range of shops and popular restaurants to tempt your taste buds can be found within a 10-15 minute drive, or you might prefer to head to the Publix supermarket just a couple of miles from here.
To the left of the villa entrance is a dining table, large enough for everybody to be able to gather together and celebrate a special occasion, or for an evening of fun and laughter playing board games. Behind the dining table is the family lounge with a comfortable corner sofa positioned in front of a large flatscreen TV, perfect for movie nights together. Doors from the lounge lead out to the pool deck and the glorious Florida sunshine. Next to the lounge is the modern, open-plan, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite worktops and all the utensils and equipment you could possibly need, the breakfast bar here is a perfect spot to enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. An additional dining table, with 4 seats, overlooks the pool deck and is great for breakfast each morning as you plan your day ahead.
The tastefully-decorated and very large Main bedroom is downstairs at the rear of the property with views across the pool deck, it has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. All other bedrooms are upstairs, Bedroom 2 is on the right at the top of the stairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 5 is adjacent to this room and has 2 Double beds. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs for the comfort and convenience of guests, making early nights and lazy mornings even more relaxing.
At the top of the stairs is a games room area where you can unleash your competitive side and play pool or air hockey in air-conditioned comfort. Further facilities can be found at the clubhouse which is 5 minutes’ walk away from here, including heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, games room and play area.
The large, south-facing, pool deck has fantastic lake views to the rear which will be a great backdrop to your meals as you dine alfresco. There is plenty of seating around the pool deck which also has a wall-mounted TV for you to make use of while enjoying the sunshine!
