As soon as you step through the entrance door you will be in a lounge area with lots of comfy seating and windows overlooking the front garden. Adjacent to this is a large dining table with 8 seats, a great place to sit and enjoy meals together or fun evenings playing board games. Continuing through the villa, the kitchen is next and this has been equipped with the appliances, gadgets and utensils you are likely to need if you decide to cook a family meal or prepare snacks for everybody to enjoy on the pool deck. A breakfast bar here is perfect for tea and toast in the morning or sit around the large dining table overlooking the pool deck, it is great for planning meetings as you decide on your itinerary for the day ahead. A second family lounge is adjacent to this dining area and has lots of natural light, a large flatscreen TV and a corner sofa with enough space for 7 people. A smaller area upstairs has a couple of single chairs in front of a flatscreen TV if you want to take yourself off and watch something different.
All bedrooms are upstairs in this villa, the Main bedroom is on the right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, is at the front on the left; next to this is Bedroom 3 with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are at the back and these Twin-bedded rooms share an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, making early nights or lazy holiday mornings in bed even more pleasurable and relaxing.
The air-conditioned games room has been equipped with a pool table and air hockey games, allowing you the chance to compete against each other to find out who the best player is. Seating and a wall-mounted TV mean spectators can wait patiently for their turn in comfort. Further activities are just 7-8 minutes’ walk from here at the clubhouse including well-equipped gyn, TV lounge, heated swimming pool, spa, sun terrace and outdoor basketball and beach volleyball courts.
