This privately owned vacation villa is located on the peaceful gated community of Southern Dunes in Haines City. Features include 6 bedrooms, including themed rooms for children, a south-facing private pool deck with scenic golf course views and a games room. Southern Dunes has a range of resort facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts and a children’s play area, enough to keep the whole family entertained. Disney World is just 25-30 minutes away, so hop in the car and make your way to Magic Kingdom to watch the parades, Epcot to see the World Showcase and Hollywood Studios to face the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Alternatively, head to Universal Resorts to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all only 35-40 minutes away. Also, explore the oceans at Seaworld or swim with dolphins at Discovery Bay, both only 30-35 minutes away. When you are hungry, take a short 17 minute walk to the Southern Dunes clubhouse which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, or head a mile down the nearby US27 to find a selection of family friendly restaurants.
This privately owned and spacious vacation villa will be a home away from home during your trip to Orlando. Find the very modern and well-equipped kitchen to the left of the villa, with a dining table with seating for 4 and breakfast bar seating for 4, both ideal places to start your morning with coffee and bagels. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table with seating for 6 where you can share a meal together and then play board games after the dishes have been cleared away. Located to the rear of the villa is a family lounge with seating for 5 and a flatscreen TV, so your family can come together and watch all your favourite movies. Nearby doors lead to the south-facing pool deck so the kids can go and jump in the pool as soon as the movie is over.
The large Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor and is at the back right of the villa, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and is away from the others at the back right, making it ideal for someone needing a little extra privacy. Bedroom 3 is centrally located on the right, with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is at the front right and has a Princess-theme with Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is centrally located at the front with a Frozen-theme and Twin beds. Bedroom 6 is to the front left and has a Superhero-theme with Twin beds. All bedrooms come with a flatscreen TV so you can watch your favourite movies as you drift off to sleep.
Head to the games room located at the front of the villa to practice your trick shots on the pool table before impressing your family with your skills. For more entertainment, head to the nearby resort facilities including swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play area where you can relax as the kids burn off their excess energy.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
