At the heart of it all is the modern kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you could possibly need. The breakfast bar has 4 seats and is a great place for you to sit and chat with the nominated chef while sipping a glass of wine. A formal dining table with 8 chairs is a perfect place for meals or an evening of playing board games together, while a smaller dining table with 4 seats is ideal for tea and toast each morning as you plan your day ahead. The downstairs lounge has comfy seating, flatscreen TV and doors leading outside to the sunshine on the south-facing pool deck. A second lounge area is available upstairs, again with comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to left of the lounge and has a King-size bed, doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is also upstairs near the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom shared with the Twin-bedded Bedroom 5 which has been decorated in a Frozen theme to appeal to younger family members. Bedroom 4 has small Cars-themed Twin beds and Bedroom 6, with a fantastic Star Wars theme, has a set of Bunk beds and a Single bed. Each bedroom has its own television, so everybody gets the chance to watch the programmes they want to watch after a busy day at the parks.
A favourite feature of this Solterra villa is the amazing games room, it has an arcade game, a pool table, air hockey game and table football, plenty to keep all the family entertained for hours at a time. Extra activities can be found at the clubhouse, just a 3 minute walk away, including the heated outdoor swimming pool, lazy river, well-equipped gym and children’s play area.
Sit back and relax in the warm Florida sun or pull up a chair in the shade with your favourite novel as you relax on the south-facing pool deck.
