This open plan villa features a centrally located kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar and dining table where you can start the day with traditional American pancakes and coffee. Next to the kitchen and to the rear of the villa is a comfortable and spacious family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, where you can curl up and watch a movie or take a step out onto the south-facing pool deck for a breath of fresh air. A dining table at the front of the villa is a great place to chat or play board games when you have cleared up after dinner. A second, smaller lounge is next to the dining area, offering windows overlooking the front garden, comfy seating and another flatscreen TV for those who may have different movie tastes.
The Main bedroom is to the rear left of the villa and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is in the centre right of the villa, with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is nearby and has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is located to the rear right of the villa and has Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV, so you can all watch movies after a busy day riding the rollercoasters at the nearby theme parks.
Head to the games room at the front of the villa to pot a few practise shots on the pool table, before showing off your skills as you play a game to decide who is the champion!
