The open-plan layout includes a family lounge at the rear of the villa, this has comfy seating in front of a large, curved screen TV and French doors leading to the south-facing pool deck. The modern kitchen is to the left of the lounge and has been equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you are likely to need and has a convenient breakfast bar with 3 stools for snacks and drinks throughout the day. The family dining table is between the kitchen and windows overlooking the pool deck, it is a great place for meals or evening fun playing board games and chatting.
The Main bedroom is downstairs at the back of the villa on the right, it has a King-size bed, French doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Directly above it is Bedroom 2 and this also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is back downstairs to the left of the front door and has a Queen-size bed, windows overlooking the garden and an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. Bedroom 4 is upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with the Twin-bedded Bedroom 5.
A favourite feature of this villa is the well-equipped games room. Guests of all ages will want to take part in friendly tournaments as they challenge each other to games of pool or table football before putting the top over the pool table for a few games of table tennis.
