Sitting just off the US27 in Davenport and just a few miles from the I-4 Highway is this modern 5 bedroom privately owned villa on the gated resort of ChampionsGate, one of the best communities in the Disney area. The villa offers a family games room, a private pool and spa deck, tasteful furnishings and décor throughout and plenty of space for everybody to relax and make the most of their Orlando holiday. Guests staying here can be at Magic Kingdom in as little as 20 minutes, with SeaWorld and Universal less than half an hour away. Resort facilities are accessible for all guests, these are a 7 minute walk away from the villa and include a heated outdoor swimming pool with lazy river and water slides, a well-equipped gym, cinema, play area, sports courts and a bar and restaurant. Further restaurants can be found in ChampionsGate Village or along the US192, both of which can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
Immediately inside the front door to the left-hand side is the large, open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the gadgets, utensils and appliances you could possibly need. The breakfast bar has 4 seats and is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining table seating 8 people and patio doors leading to the pool deck. To the right of the dining area is the family lounge with a large comfy corner sofa, armchair and a flatscreen TV. Upstairs is a second family lounge with a corner sofa, armchair and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a door to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the landing and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 3 and has Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 4 and also has Twin beds. With a flatscreen TV in all bedrooms, everybody gets the chance to watch their choice of programme as they unwind after a busy day.
The nicely decorated games room will provide endless entertainment for kids and adults alike and is equipped with a pool table, table football and seating. The Oasis Clubhouse is just 7 minutes stroll away and offers community facilities including an outdoor heated swimming pool with lazy river and water slide, a well-equipped gym, cinema room, play area, outdoor sports courts and a Tiki bar and restaurant.
Sit back and relax without a care in the world on the good-sized outside deck which has a large pool and spa, a covered area with rattan sofa-style seating as well as a fair amount of patio space. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
