Disney World theme parks, including the very popular Magic Kingdom, are just 20-25 minutes’ drive from here, and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove will take 25-30 minutes to reach. Harry Potter fans will want to visit Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade Castle and other attractions at Universal, and this is just 30-35 minutes away along the I-4 Highway. The same road will also take you to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center as well as Florida’s award-winning beaches on both coastlines. Dining requirements are taken care of along the US192, just a few miles north of Hampton Lakes, where you will find hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to satisfy all appetites and cravings.
As you enter, to the left of the front door is a formal dining table with seating for up to 8 people, a great place to sit and relax and play board games in the evenings. Continuing through the villa is the open-plan kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you will need for meal preparation and the breakfast bar is a great place for mid-morning snacks and drinks. The kitchen overlooks the family lounge which has a comfy sofa and two loveseats, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors to the sunny west-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out as often as you please.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the front door and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the end of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed (that can easily be separated into Twin beds) and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is also upstairs and is a Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom with Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 4 and has Bunk beds suitable for younger family members.
If you have energy left after a day at the parks, head back home and make some fun memories in the games room as you play games of pool and table football against each other. The community facilities include play areas with swings and slides as well as outdoor courts for basketball, volleyball and tennis.
The west-facing outside area has no overlooking neighbours to the rear and plenty of space and furniture for you to sit and relax, recharging your batteries while the kids enjoy splashing around in their own private pool.
