The villa offers 4 good-sized bedrooms and a southeast-facing private pool with covered dining area and golf course views to the rear. Community facilities, 3 minutes away by car, or less than 20 minutes’ walk away from here, include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and a children’s play area with swings and slides. Berry Town Center is about the same distance away from here and has a Publix supermarket to serve all your grocery requirements and a selection of family restaurants for you to choose from. The bustling US192, a couple of miles north of here, has hundreds more restaurants waiting to be discovered, and catering for all tastes, budgets and appetites. Guests wishing to sip a Butterbeer in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, to make a splash in Volcano Bay water park or to ride the exhilarating rollercoasters in Islands of Adventure, can be at Universal Resorts in approximately 35-40 minutes. Slightly closer, at just 30-35 minutes away, is SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, and the fun and excitement of Disney World, including Magic Kingdom and Epcot is 20-25 minutes away via the US192.
This comfortable vacation villa is a great option for you and your family and has all the comforts of home. The open-plan layout includes a spacious kitchen at the front of the property, with all the necessary appliances, gadgets and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday. A small dining table in the kitchen and a breakfast bar with 2 seats are great locations for tea and toast in the morning. A larger dining table, between the kitchen and windows overlooking the pool area, is an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The family lounge, with tall ceilings and filled with lots of natural light, has a large sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the southeast-facing pool area.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the back of the villa on the right and has a Queen-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back and has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also upstairs and have each been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style suitable for guest of all ages and genders.
No games room in this villa but guests staying here have access to the community facilities a few minutes’ drive away from here, including the tennis court, children’s play area with swings and slides and the outdoor swimming pool.
The southeast-facing outdoor area is a great place to relax and start making plans for your next Orlando villa holiday with your family.
