Kissimmee Old Town is less than 4 miles away and even closer is a range of restaurants and shops including a 24 hour Walmart store on the US192. The rides and parades of Disney World can be reached in about 15-20 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in about 20-25 minutes and Universal, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, is 25-30 minutes away.
This is the ideal villa for your whole family to be able to spend quality time together, away from the normal pressures of everyday living, and yet to still be able to find a quiet place to sit on their own or with a loved one having a conversation or making plans about the exciting days ahead. As soon as you step through the front door you can relax in the lounge area immediately in front of you, it has comfy seating and ample natural light. The second lounge area is at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool deck so you can keep an eye on the kids splashing around outside, this lounge also has a large flatscreen TV so you can watch movies together in the evenings. The kitchen is centrally placed and has been equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you might need and is big enough for everybody to pitch in and help prepare the meals and snacks. A breakfast bar is a great place for the kids to enjoy their juice and cereal each morning, or they might prefer the nearby dining table. Another dining table, close to the front lounge, is the perfect setting for a special occasion meal or for an evening of sitting around chatting and laughing with your family.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the rear lounge and has a Queen-size bed, door to pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. On the other side of the lounge is Bedroom 2, also with a Queen-size bed. Next to this is Bedroom 3 which has been furnished with Twin beds and close by is Bedroom 4, also with Twin beds. The family bathroom is between Bedrooms 3 and 4. All bedrooms have their own televisions, so there is no need for anybody to miss out on their favourite show.
Make some happy holiday memories in the games room as you challenge each other to non-stop games of table football or air hockey, just make sure everybody plays nicely and keeps score! The clubhouse is an easy 7 minute walk from here and this is where you can access all community facilities, including pool, heated spa, gym and outdoor courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball.
Come back home after busy days at Orlando’s famous attractions and relax around your own private pool as the kids enjoy themselves splashing in the water. With plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs, this is a great place to sit and appreciate the stunning lake view behind the villa.
