Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park will take about 35-40 minutes to reach by driving along the I-4 Highway; this is the road that also leads to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches on both coastlines. The fun packed US192 is a few miles south of Orange Tree and has hundreds of dining options for you to try, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. Travel north up the US27 towards Clermont for a further selection of restaurants and fast-food outlets, often with shorter waiting times, particularly during busy holiday periods.
This delightful 4 bedroom villa has all the comforts of home and will help you and your family relax so that you can start enjoying your Florida holiday experience the minute you arrive. The open-plan accommodation includes a family lounge area with a corner sofa in front of a large flatscreen TV and doors leading to the sunny pool deck. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you will need if you decide to cook meals for your family or to prepare packed lunches for any of your exciting day trips. The formal dining table, close to the front of the villa, is a great place for dinner or evening fun with board games. Between the kitchen and windows overlooking the pool deck is a smaller dining table, the perfect spot for breakfast each morning as you work out your itinerary for the day ahead.
The Main bedroom, to the left of the lounge, has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the formal dining area and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4, separated by a bathroom, are at the front of the villa and each contain Twin beds. All bedrooms in this villa have a flatscreen TV for the comfort and convenience of everybody staying here.
The well-equipped games room will be where many happy holiday memories are created as you practise your basketball skills or challenge each other to games to pool, table football or air hockey.
Exhausting days around the theme parks are finished perfectly with a spot of rest and relaxation back at your villa. The private pool has hedges on all sides so you are not overlooked and will be appreciated by all family members as you swim or splash around having fun. Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
