Located on the gated Davenport resort community of Solana is this privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa. It features enough beds to sleep 12 guests, each bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom, a west-facing pool and relaxing spa, a games room and access to resort facilities, which can be reached in about a minute on foot. At the clubhouse you will find a TV lounge, well-equipped gym, games room and computer room. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s play area and a Tiki bar where you can get a chilled drink. Berry Town Center is less than a mile away and has Applebee’s and iHop restaurants, as well as a Publix supermarket for all your grocery requirements. Alternatively, a few miles north is the US192 where you will find hundreds more dining options, satisfying all budgets, appetities and dietary requirements. Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes and is home to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot, where your family will create unforgettable memories. Universal Resorts is where you can find your wand at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, make a splash at Volcano Bay water park and encounter dinosaurs in Jurassic Park in Islands of Adventure, all only 35-40 minutes from your villa. Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or SeaWorld to meet penguins and other creatures, both just 30-35 minutes away.
This vacation villa will be a home away from home as you visit Orlando. The kitchen is located to the back left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals, while breakfast bar seating provides a great place for some ‘kitchen helpers’ to sit and enjoy a drink. To the left of the villa is a formal dining table, ideal for having a meal or playing card games while you chat. At the back right of the villa is a family lounge with lots of natural light. Watch all your favourite movies on the flatscreen TV while a nearby door allows direct access to the west-facing pool and spa. At the front left of the villa is a second lounge area, great if you want to curl up with a book or have a quiet chat.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It features a King-size bed, windows overlooking the west-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and to the front left, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the back left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is at the back right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is at the front right and has access to a en-suite bathroom. One half of Bedroom 5 has a Space-theme with Bunk beds, while the other half has a Disney Princess-theme and Bunk beds. All rooms in this vacation villa come with a flatscreen TV, so guests can enjoy their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
There is no games room at this vacation villa, however resort facilities are just 1 minute walk away. Here you will find a TV lounge, well-equipped gym, games arcade and a computer room. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s play area and Tiki bar selling refreshing drinks. Guests interested in sport will want to check out the beach volleyball courts and mini golf to keep themselves active.
Your whole family will love spending time together at your very own west-facing pool and spa. With no overlooking neighbours to the rear, you can lay back and relax as you top up your tan in the Florida sunshine or enjoy a soak in the spa as the kids play in the pool. Later, watch the sun set as you sip on a chilled drink at the covered dining table, while making plans for your next Orlando villa holiday.
