This 4 bedroom villa, on the gated community of The Abbey at West Haven in Davenport, is perfect for thrill-seekers who want to stay near Florida's main attractions during their dream holiday, Disney World is just 15-20 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 20-25 minutes from here and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park are just 25-30 minutes away along the nearby I-4 Highway. The villa has a south-facing pool deck, complete with its own relaxing spa, no rear neighbours and a large undercover dining area. Inside you can put your feet up in the lounge if you need some shade, or head to the games room to play as much table football and table tennis as you can manage. Travelling north of the community takes you to the US192, a popular tourist corridor, lined with hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants that cater to every taste, budget and appetite. Guests staying here also have access to the community facilities including a swimming pool, gym and outdoor sports courts. These facilities are located a few minutes away at the entrance of The Dales, another of the popular sub communities on West Haven.
This large, open-plan villa has been designed with families in mind so that everyone can gather together in one space, spending quality time away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating around a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out onto the south-facing pool deck. The kitchen is at the front of the villa and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you will need should you wish to put together some tasty family meals. The dining table here is a great place to sit and enjoy breakfast each morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. The main dining table is nearby and is perfect for family meals together or evening fun with a pack of cards and bottle of wine.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa and has a door to the sunny pool deck, a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is near the front of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are across the lounge from the Main bedroom, and each contain Twin beds, these 2 rooms are separated by a bathroom.
For those who like to get competitive, there is a games room where you can play table football and table tennis. The West Haven community facilities are at the entrance to The Dales, a few minutes from here, and includes a swimming pool, modern gym and outdoor courts for volleyball and tennis.
The sunny south-facing pool and spa deck has the added benefit of an outside dining area, where you can enjoy an alfresco meal at the end of your fun-filled day in the parks. There is easy access to the family bathroom from the pool deck, so no more running through the house with wet feet.
West Haven is a popular community near Disney that is divided into a number of smaller gated subdivisions. The Abbey is one of these and has 58 privately owned villas, mostly with a lake view. Many villas on this community have their own pool and spa, games room and west-facing pool deck. Orlando’s famous Disney theme parks are 15 minutes drive away and Universal is less than 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all close by.
