This traditional vacation villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together here in the Sunshine state. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen at the heart of everything, equipped with all the necessary appliances, gadgets and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen breakfast bar has seating for 4 people, a great spot for snacks and drinks throughout the day. A nearby dining table overlooks the pool deck, a perfect setting for cereal each morning as you chat about your plans for the day ahead. A larger dining table is centrally placed and is the ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, has been furnished with comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the right and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa on the right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, next to this room, is a Twin-bedded room with its own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is close to the games room and is a Captain’s Quarters-inspired room furnished with a set of Bunk beds and has its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms also have their own flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice as they drift off to sleep after a busy day at the parks.
The well-equipped family games room is at the front of the villa and has a pool table and a table tennis table, as well as a TV and its own air-conditioning unit so everybody stays cool while playing in here. The resort facilities, a 6 minute walk away at the clubhouse, include a heated outdoor pool, water park, sunbathing deck, separate spa, Tiki bar, well-equipped gym, games room, cinema and outdoor sports courts for volleyball, tennis and basketball.
