The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with Discovery Cove and SeaWorld less than half an hour away by car. Excited guests keen to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can be at Universal Resorts in approximately 30-35 minutes. ChampionsGate Village is a mile or so away from here and has a Publix supermarket for all your grocery shopping requirements as well as a good selection of bars and restaurants, open from early morning until late at night, 7 days a week. A wider choice of restaurants and take-aways can also be found along the US192, a couple of miles north of the community.
This modern, nicely decorated and furnished villa has everything needed to make you and your family feel at home here. The open-plan layout includes a centrally-placed kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances, gadgets and utensils needed to fulfil any culinary requirement. The breakfast bar seats 4 people and is a great place to sit and relax with snacks and drinks throughout the day. The nearby dining table has seating for 8 people at a time and is great for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge area has comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV, or head upstairs to the second lounge area, again with comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs on the right and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, the only bedroom on the ground floor, has a Queen-size bed and is next to a family bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the back and has been furnished with 2 Double beds, this room is close to Bedroom 5 which is a Disney-inspired room with a Triple bunk bed, Bedroom 6, upstairs at the front of the villa, has a set of Bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep at night.
The games room is a fun place for younger family members to make long-lasting memories together as they enjoy endless games of air hockey or table football before seeing who can achieve the highest score on one of the arcade games in here. The resort facilities on ChampionsGate are available for all guests to enjoy and include heated swimming pools with lazy river and water slides, Tiki bar, cinema, well-equipped gym and outdoor sports courts.
