It is just 9 minutes’ walk from the resort facilities at the clubhouse, which include a state-of-the-art gym, games room, and a movie theatre. Outside are heated swimming pools, a spa, water slides, a lazy river, a children’s splash zone and a licenced Tiki bar. Tennis and beach volleyball courts are available for guests who have an interest in remaining active during their vacation. A number of restaurants can be found within a mile at the ChampionsGate Village area, or the popular US192 is 5 miles north and has hundreds more options to choose from. Disney World can be reached in just 20-25 minutes by car, so head to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot to make memories that will last a lifetime. Universal Resorts can be reached in just 30-35 minutes and is where you can taste a Butterbeer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, make a splash at Volcano Bay water park and encounter raptors at Jurassic Park in Islands of Adventure. Alternatively, swim with Dolphins in Discovery Cove or ride the Mako rollercoaster at SeaWorld, both just 25-30 minutes from your villa.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen is located to the right side of the villa, with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals for the whole family. Breakfast bar seating is the perfect place to start your morning with coffee and bagels, before departing for a day of adventure at Orlando's theme parks. At the back right of the villa is a formal dining table, where you can enjoy a meal before clearing away the dishes and playing card games all evening. To the back left is the family lounge with a flatscreen TV and comfy seating. Watch your favourite programmes here, while a nearby door provides access to the private pool. Centrally located upstairs is a second family lounge, with sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, useful if a guest doesn’t want to miss their favourite programme.
The only bedroom on the ground floor is the Main bedroom, located at the back left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has a door to the pool. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and to the back right, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. To the centre left is Bedroom 3 with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is at the back left, with a Pirate-theme and Twin beds, while the Frozen-themed Bedroom 5 is located at the centre back with Twin beds. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, letting everyone watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
Make your way to the games room located at the front left of the villa to find a pool table, air hockey and table football. Have a practice before challenging your family to a game, proving your skills to them as you play. Resort facilities are just a 9 minute walk from your villa and include a state of the art gym, a movie theatre, and a games room. Outside are heated swimming pools, lazy river, water slides, children’s splash zone, spa and a licenced Tiki bar open 7 days a week.
