This privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated resort community ChampionsGate in Davenport. It has a west-facing pool, a relaxing hot tub, a well-equipped games room and access to resort facilities, which are only a 7 minute walk from your villa. Here you will find a state-of-the-art gym, a movie theatre and games room, while outside there are heated swimming pools, a lazy river, water slides, children’s splash zone, spa and a Tiki bar. Tennis and beach volleyball courts should be checked out by any members of the family who enjoy sports. Hop in the car and drive 20-25 minutes to Disney World, the home of Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you will create unforgettable memories. Alternatively, travel just 30-35 minutes to reach Universal Resorts and visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay, for a day of unlimited thrills. Other attractions include swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encountering sharks at SeaWorld, both only a 25-30 minute drive from your villa. After a day of theme parks, fill your now empty stomach by heading to ChampionsGate Village which is less than a mile from your villa and has a number of restaurants to choose from. Alternatively, head 5 miles north to the US192, which has hundreds more restaurants for you to choose from.

The kitchen is located to the right of the villa, well-equipped with all the utensils and appliances you will need to make tasty meals during your stay. The breakfast bar in the kitchen is the perfect place to start your morning with coffee and toast, before spending the day at Orlando’s theme parks. To the rear right of the villa is a formal dining table, a great place to enjoy a meal and then play board games all evening, while a nearby door leads to the west-facing pool. A family lounge is located to the back left, with sectional sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a window overlooking the pool, so you can watch a movie as you keep an eye on the kids while they play in the pool. Upstairs is a second lounge with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV, helpful if there are family members who want to watch a different movie than the one chosen.
Located to the rear right of the villa is the Main bedroom, with a King-size bed and a en-suite bathroom. The only bedroom on the ground floor, Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has a door leading to the west-facing pool. Located centrally left is Bedroom 3, with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Minnie Mouse-themed Bedroom 4 is at the rear left of the villa and has Twin beds, while Bedroom 5 is centrally at the back, with a Mickey Mouse-theme and Twin beds.
Located to the front left of the villa is the well-equipped games room, with a pool table, air hockey and table football. Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and spent time practicing, before challenging your family to a game and proving yourself to be the ultimate game champion. For more entertainment, walk just 7 minutes to the clubhouse to make use of the resort facilities. There include a state-of-the-art gym, a movie theatre and a games room with arcade machines. Outside are heated swimming pools, a lazy river, water slides, children’s splash pool, a spa and a Tiki bar. There are also tennis and beach volleyball courts for guests who have an interest in sport.
