Located on the peaceful gated community of Southern Dunes in Haines City, this vacation villa has a south-facing pool deck with scenic views, as well as access to the community facilities, which are only 6 minutes’ walk from the villa. Your family can make the most of the outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas, before hopping in the car and making your way to Orlando’s famous attractions. Disney World is only 25-30 minutes away and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can make everyone’s childhood dreams come true. Otherwise, head to Universal Resorts to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter to choose a wand, ride every rollercoaster at Islands of Adventure and get soaking wet at Volcano Bay water park, all only 35-40 minutes away. Other attractions include SeaWorld, home of the Mako rollercoaster or go swimming with dolphins at Discovery Bay, both only 30-35 minutes away. Settle your rumbling stomach by heading to the Southern Dunes clubhouse which is only 10 minutes’ walk away and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, or travel for a mile on the US27 to find a selection of family friendly restaurants.
Spend quality time with your family in this privately owned vacation villa, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen located to the centre right. With everything you will need, it’s the perfect place for the designated chef to whip up American-style pancakes, which the family can enjoy at the nearby breakfast bar. A formal dining table with seating for 4 is to the left of the villa, a perfect place to enjoy a meal and then play games once the dishes have been cleared away. To the rear of the villa is a family lounge area with seating for 4, a flatscreen TV, doors to the south-facing pool deck and plenty of natural light. An ideal place to gather and watch all your favourite movies, while the kids can play in the pool as you keep an eye on them. At the front of the villa is a second lounge area with seating for 5, ideal if you want a quiet chat or to curl up with a book.
Located to the back left of the villa is the Main bedroom with a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Located centrally right is Bedroom 3 with a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4 is to the back right in a theme suitable for all ages, with Twin beds and a window overlooking the pool deck. All rooms come with a flatscreen TV, perfect for those early nights when you want to drift off while watching a movie.
Southern Dunes community facilities are only 6 minutes’ walk from your villa and include two swimming pools, tennis courts and a children’s play area with slides and swings, perfect for keeping everyone entertained and for tiring out the kids before their bedtime.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway.
