This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated community of Southern Dunes in Haines City and has a south-facing pool and spa, perfect for memory-making moments with your family here in Orlando. The community facilities are only 10 minutes’ walk away and include outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and a children’s play area, ensuring the kids use up all their remaining energy at the end of the day. Hop in the car and make your way to Disney World, which is only 25-30 minutes away and home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where everyone’s dreams can come true. Other attractions include Universal Resorts, where you can try a Butterbeer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaked at Volcano Bay water park and ride The Incredible Hulk Coaster at Islands of Adventure, all only 35-40 minutes away. SeaWorld, home to Pipeline: The Surf Coaster and Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins, are only 30-35 minutes away. If you don’t fancy self-catering, head to the Southern Dunes clubhouse, which is only 17 minutes’ walk away, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alternatively head a mile down the US27 to find a selection of family friendly restaurants that will satisfy any cravings.
To the right of the villa is the large and modern kitchen, well-equipped with everything you will need to cook up tasty meals for the whole family, while the breakfast bar is the perfect place for 3 ‘helpers’ to sit and have a drink. Once dinner is made, sit down and enjoy it at the formal dining table located on the left of the villa, then play board games once the dishes have been cleared away. Towards the rear of the villa is a family lounge with seating for 5, a flatscreen TV and door to the south-facing pool deck, so you can watch all your favourite movies while the kids come and go as much as they like.
Find the Main bedroom at the back of the villa, with a King-size bed, door to pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front right, with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. To the right of the villa are Bedrooms 3 and 4, both decorated in a style suitable for all ages, with Twin beds. All bedrooms come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights a little easier as you drift off to sleep while watching your favourite movies.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
