This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the luxury gated resort community of Emerald Island in Kissimmee. Let this villa be your home away from home while you visit Orlando. The well-equipped kitchen is located to the centre left of the villa, with all the appliances and utensils needed to make self-catered meals. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast table where you can start your morning with coffee and bagels. A formal dining table can be found towards the right of the property, the perfect place to enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. At the back of the villa is the main family lounge, with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Watch your favourite movies here before stepping out to have a quick swim. A second lounge can be found to the front of the villa, a great place to curl up with a book or have a quiet chat.
The Main bedroom is to the back right of the villa with a King-size bed, a door to the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front left with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. At the back left is Bedroom 3 which has a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4 is to the centre left with Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come with a flatscreen TV, ensuring total comfort and convenience.
Make your way to the games room located at the front of the villa, where you will find a pool table and table football. Practice your trick shots before challenging your family to a game, while those waiting for their turn can relax on the sofa seating and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. More entertainment can be found by walking 17 minutes to the resort facilities, where you will find cybercafé, a gym, a sauna and a steam room. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub and a Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. More active guests will want to check out the tennis and beach volleyball courts, as well as the 11 acre woodland with walking and jogging trails.
