After a long day seeing the sights, head back to your villa to look out from your pool deck, across the golf course to the rear of the property, or relax with the family in your own pool and spa! For those with a competitive itch which requires attention, there is a games room which houses a pool table, games console with TV, table football as well as some seating, or stroll to the community facilities, including a tennis court and outdoor swimming pool which are only 2 minutes away. The community is situated along the US27, midway between the I-4 to the south, and the US192 to the north, just 20 minutes from Disney World, 25 minutes from SeaWorld and about half an hour from Universal. Along the US192 is a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants which suit most tastes and budgets. Berry Town Center is adjacent to Highlands Reserve, less than a 3 minute drive from this villa, and has a selection of family restaurants and take-aways, a friendly British bar and a Publix supermarket.
The property benefits from having 2 lounge areas, the first of which is at the front of the villa, to the right of the entrance. This contains comfortable sofas for 5 people and windows overlooking the front of the property. The second is at the back of the villa, here you will find comfy seating for 6 people around a flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the pool deck. The kitchen, with white appliances and a central island, has been equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you could possibly need, it is located across from the rear lounge, and also has a breakfast bar for 2 people, which is a perfect place for snacks and drinks throughout the day. In addition to a dining table for 4 guests overlooking the west-facing pool deck, the main family dining table is between the kitchen and the front lounge, this has seats for 6 people and is a great place to sit and enjoy an evening of playing board games.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa upstairs and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, on the opposite side of the stairs from the Main bedroom, has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 3 is next to the Main bedroom and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is the only bedroom downstairs, it is near the front of the villa and has been furnished with 2 Queen-size beds. Bedroom 5 is a Twin-bedded room, near Bedroom 2, which has been decorated with a jungle theme to appeal to younger family members. For guests’ added comfort, all bedrooms have been fitted with flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans.
A family favourite with this villa is the well-equipped games room that contains a pool table as well as a games console, TV and some seating. The community facilities of swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area are 2 minutes’ walk away from this villa.
The west-facing pool and spa deck has beautiful views across the golf course to the rear. There is also a covered dining area for you and your family to enjoy a meal outside in the open air, away from the busy parks, or for you to sit and relax as you watch the kids splash around in the pool having fun.
