This privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa comes with a southwest-facing pool and spa, with no overlooking neighbours and a scenic view to the rear and a well-equipped games room. It is located on the quiet and peaceful community of Marbella North in Davenport. Community facilities, a 7 minute walk from your villa, include a children’s play area and tennis and basketball courts. Make the most of Orlando by visiting Disney World, including Magic Kingdom, where you can see the iconic Cinderella Castle, Epcot, to taste worldwide cuisine and Hollywood Studios to join the Resistance at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, all only 25-30 minutes away. Other attractions include Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, only 35-40 minutes away. If you visit SeaWorld, you can ride the Mako rollercoaster or at Discovery Cove you can swim with dolphins, both only 30-35 minutes away. Once you leave the theme parks and have an appetite, head to the US27, then go south towards Haines City or north towards ChampionsGate, where en-route you will find several restaurants to suit all tastes.
With lots of open space and natural light, your family will be able to spend plenty of time together at this lovely Davenport vacation villa. You will find the modern and well-equipped kitchen to the right, with every appliance and utensil you will need during your stay, while nearby breakfast seating for 4 is a great place to start your mornings. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table with seating for 8 people. To the left of the villa is a large and spacious family lounge, with seating for 8, a flatscreen TV for movie nights and a door leading to the southwest-facing pool deck. Centrally located upstairs is a second lounge, with seating for 4 and a flatscreen TV, useful if movie choice comes down to 2 contenders.
Located upstairs at the front right of the villa is the Main bedroom, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, is located to the front left and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is back upstairs and at the front left with a Queen-size bed. At the back right with Twin beds is Bedroom 4 while Bedroom 5 is at the back left with Twin beds, both decorated in a style to suit guests of all ages.
Take a short break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the games room at the front of the villa to practise a few shots on the pool table, score a goal on the table football and slice the puck on the air hockey. For more entertainment, walk 7 minutes to make your way to the community facilities which include a tennis and basketball court as well as a children’s play area, where the kids can burn off any excess energy before bed.

Marbella North is a small, quiet community just a mile off the US27. Construction started in 2007 and into late 2015 the community is continuing to grow. The community made up of less than 100 villas is centered around the masses of conservation and woodland where you will find some of Florida’s most loved wildlife in their natural habitat. The Disney theme parks along with Universal Studios, SeaWorld and International Drive are all within a 30-minute drive of the community.
