The well decorated, spacious, villa has a games room, extended pool deck with a private pool the whole family will enjoy and lots of space for sunbathing, a modern, well-equipped kitchen and 2 lounge areas, making this a perfect villa for your Orlando holiday. Community facilities are at the clubhouse which is just a 4 minute walk from here and includes a heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, Tiki bar, gym, games arcade, play area and mini golf. The rides and rollercoasters of Universal are 35-40 minutes away along the I-4 Highway, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a little closer at 30-35 minutes from here. Disney World is closer still, guests can be through the magical gates within half an hour of leaving here. The US192 is a few miles north of Solana and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, enough to satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
Offering a relaxed, homely ambience throughout the villa, there is no better place to spend time with your loved ones. Just inside the front door is the formal lounge area with a sofa and loveseat, a comfy place to sit and chat or take time out to read your favourite novel. Adjacent to this is the formal dining area with seating for 6 people around a long table, which is also a perfect spot to enjoy board game fun in the evenings. Continuing through the villa to the left hand side is the large, open-plan kitchen which has been equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you might need to prepare tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar seats 5 people and is an ideal spot for tea and toast in the morning as you make plans for your day ahead. To the right of the kitchen is the main family lounge with a sofa, loveseat and armchair, patio doors to the sunny pool deck and a flatscreen TV, perfect for movie nights together. If viewing preferences differ, or you want to snuggle up with a partner and watch a film together then there is another sofa and flatscreen TV on the landing.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs on the right and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs on the left of the landing and has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 4 is also on the left and has Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is on the right of the landing and has a set of Bunk beds and is next to Bedroom 6 which has Twin beds.
Energetic guests wanting to make holiday memories can do so in the games room which has been equipped with table football, table tennis and seating for players waiting for their turn. Extra activities can be found at the clubhouse which is less than 5 minutes’ walk from here. These community facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, separate hot tub, Tiki bar, well-equipped gym, games arcade, play area for small children and mini golf.
After exhausting days on your feet at the theme parks, come back home to unwind in the glorious sunshine on the extended pool deck watching the kids enjoy themselves in the private pool.
