This privately owned 3 bedroom vacation villa is located on the peaceful gated resort community of Southern Dunes in Haines City. With a south-facing pool deck and resort facilities that are only 10 minutes walk away, including heated swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas, your family will have plenty of entertainment during your stay in Orlando. Disney World is only 25-30 minutes away, so hop in the car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to create everlasting memories. Alternatively, head to Universal Resorts to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and pick your wand, Volcano Bay water park to get soaking wet and Islands of Adventure to ride The Incredible Hulk Coaster, all only 35-40 minutes away. Other options include SeaWorld, home to Pipeline: The Surf Coaster and Discovery Bay, where you can swim with dolphins, both only 30-35 minutes drive away. If you want to experience true American dining, then the Southern Dunes clubhouse serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is only 17 minutes walk away. Otherwise, head a mile down the US27 to find several restaurants suitable for the whole family.
Let this vacation villa be your home during your stay in Orlando, with everything you could need during. To the right of the villa is the modern kitchen, with appliances and utensils that will help you cook up some tasty meals for the family while 4 ‘helpers’ can sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy a drink. To the back right is a formal dining table, with seating for 8, so everyone can gather around for a meal together, before playing a competitive board game. Centrally located in the villa is a spacious family lounge, with seating for 6, plenty of natural light and a flatscreen TV, so you can watch all your favourite movies together. A nearby door provides access to the south-facing pool deck, should anyone fancy taking a quick break outside or dip in the pool.
Located to the back left of the villa, the Main bedroom has a King-sized bed, window overlooking and door to the south-facing pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front left of the villa, with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is opposite Bedroom 2, with Twin beds and is decorated in a style for all ages. For convenience and ease, all rooms come with a flatscreen TV.

Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
