Southern Dunes offers several community facilities for your use, including swimming pools, children’s play area and tennis courts, as well as the golf course, driving range and putting green, ideal for any fans of the sport. Southern Dunes has easy access to the US27 which leads to the I-4, from which you will find all of Orlando’s famous theme parks, such as Disney World. Here you will be able to visit Magic Kingdom, where you can meet Mickey Mouse, Epcot, to experience world culture and Hollywood Studios, where you can fly the Millenium Falcon, all only 25-30 minutes away by car. Universal Resorts is another popular destination with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park being 35-40 minutes away. Head to SeaWorld if you enjoy exploring the world’s oceans or Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins, both only 30-35 minutes away by car. If you don’t fancy cooking after a day of theme parks, then there is a restaurant within the Southern Dunes clubhouse serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alternatively, head south on the US27 for a mile to find a selection of family friendly restaurants.
Relax in comfort in this spacious and modern vacation villa that is full of natural light and has everything you will need during your stay. The centrally placed kitchen features modern appliances and all the utensils the designated chef may need to produce delicious meals. To the rear of the villa is a formal dining able with seating for 6, with a window view to the pool deck. Sit here after dinner and play board games while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the pool. On the left of the villa is the lounge area, with comfortable sofa seating for 5 and a flatscreen TV so you can curl up together and watch as many movies as you desire. A nearby door leads to the pool deck, so everyone can come and go as they like.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right of the villa, with a Queen-size bed, door to pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is on the right of the villa and has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 3 and has a Star Wars-theme with Bunk beds. All rooms come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights after a long day of theme parks just a little bit more enjoyable.
Southern Dunes features a number of community facilities available for you, such as 2 outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and play area for children, while fans of golf should play a round as well as checking out the driving range and putting green.
Step out onto the private pool deck and soak up the sunny Orlando weather, before taking a dip in the pool, while a door leading to the Main bedroom en-suite bathroom will prevent any wet footprints throughout the villa. With beautiful views at the rear looking across the nearby golf course, you can sit back and relax at the covered dining table, have a chilled glass of wine and start to plan your next Orlando villa vacation.
Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here. Many of our private villas to rent on Southern Dunes have a games room and south or west-facing pool decks looking out over the golf course or conservation land. Community facilities include a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, tennis courts, kid's play area, lake and 24hr manned security.
