Visit Orlando’s many theme parks by starting with Disney World, with Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios only 25-30 minutes away. Meanwhile, Universal Resorts is 35-40 minutes away, so you can visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and ride the Hogwarts Express, get drenched at Volcano Bay water park and encounter dinosaurs at Jurassic Park in Islands of Adventure. Other options include SeaWorld where you can learn about the oceans and Discovery Cove where you can swim with dolphins, both only 30-35 minutes away. If you don’t fancy self-catering, Southern Dunes clubhouse is only 17 minutes walk away and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner or alternatively, head a mile south on the US27 to find a selection of family restaurants.
Spend quality family time together in this lovely and modern vacation villa that is brimming with natural light. Find the kitchen to the right, with modern appliances and all the utensils you will need to whip up delicious dinners which you can then enjoy on the nearby formal dining table with seating for 6. Breakfast bar seating for 4, as well as table seating for 2 is a perfect place to start the morning with fluffy American pancakes, while a nearby door provides access to the private pool deck, should anyone fancy an early morning swim. To the left of the villa is a family lounge area full of natural light with seating for 8 and a flatscreen TV, so you can watch all your favourite family movies while a nearby window overlooks the pool deck.
The Main bedroom can be found on the ground floor at the back left of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back left with a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is back on the ground floor at the front right and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is upstairs and at the centre front with a Gaming-theme and Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is to the front left and has a Princess-theme with Twin beds. All bedrooms come with a flatscreen TV, so everyone can watch their favourite movies as they enjoy an early night.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and make your way to the games room at the front of the villa. Here you will find a pool table where you can practice your trick shots before challenging others and proving who is the pool champion. Southern Dunes has a number of community facilities available for you such as swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play area, providing activities for the whole family.

Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
