A Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants can be found at ChampionsGate Village, 2 miles along the road from here, or head to the US192 a few miles north and take your pick from the hundreds of options available to you here, taking care of all tastes, budgets and appetites.
This family-friendly holiday villa has a warm and inviting feel about it the moment you step through the front door. Centrally placed is the stylish kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The breakfast bar seats 4 people so family members can gather round helping the nominated chef work some magic, or they can sit here sharing a bottle of wine and a natter. Adjacent to the kitchen is the sociable dining table seating 8 people, a perfect place for sitting around playing board games once the youngsters have taken away the dirty plates and loaded them in the dishwasher. To the right of the kitchen is the main family lounge with a comfy sofa, loveseat and two armchairs, a flatscreen TV and patio doors to the sunny pool deck. Upstairs is a second lounge area that the kids might want to claim as their own space, leaving adults downstairs to enjoy their own choice of programme in peace and quiet. The brightly decorated upstairs lounge has a large corner sofa, flatscreen TV and a pool table.
The large Main bedroom is to the right of the upstairs lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs just inside the front door and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which has a door to the hallway. Bedroom 3, with a Queen-size bed, is upstairs and has an en-suite bathroom shared with the Twin-bedded Bedroom 6. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is back downstairs at the rear of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that leads out to the pool deck. Bedroom 7 is upstairs and is a Transformers-themed bedroom with Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the games room area.
There is a pool table in the upstairs lounge area so players can enjoy a game or two in air-conditioned comfort with those waiting for their turn to join watching TV from the sofa. Additional activities can be found near the entrance gates of The Dales, including a swimming pool, modern gym and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball.
The beautiful outside area has a private pool, relaxing spa, covered outdoor dining area and lots of seating options and plenty of space to relax as you enjoy the Florida sunshine. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 5 means there is no need to go running through the house with wet feet for a trip to the loo!
West Haven is a community close to Disney and is divided into several smaller gated subdivisions. The Dales is one of the newest subdivisions and the large privately owned family villas on this popular community have their own pool and spa, games room and west-facing pool deck. Orlando’s famous Disney parks are 15 minutes drive away and Universal is less than 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all close by. Guests have access to community facilities which include a clubhouse with TV lounge and gym, tennis and volleyball courts and large outdoor swimming pool.
