This privately owned vacation villa is located on the Kissimmee gated resort community of Westside at Windsor. Features include 6 bedrooms, a private pool and spa, a games room and access to resort facilities which can be reached with a 6 minute walk to the clubhouse where you will find a state-of-the-art gym, a TV lounge and a games room. Outside is a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s splash zone, water slides, a lazy river and a Tiki bar where you can get a chilled drink. Sports fans will want to keep active by heading to the multipurpose and beach volleyball courts that are available for guest use. Westside at Windsor is just 10 minutes from the popular US192, where you will find hundreds of restaurants to satisfy all cravings and dietry requirements. Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes, so hop in the car and make your way to Magic Kingdom to watch the daily parades, Hollywood Studios to meet Woody and Buzz in Toy Story Land, or taste food from around the world at Epcot. Universal Resorts can be reached in 25-30 minutes and is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or visit SeaWorld to see all kinds of marine creatures, both just 20-25 minutes from your villa.
The well-equipped kitchen is located on the left of the villa, equipped with all the appliances, utensils and pots and pans you need to make tasty meals for your whole family. Breakfast bar seating is a great place to start your morning with coffee and pancakes before you head out for the day. On the right of the home is a formal dining table where you can have a meal and chat the evening away. At the back of the villa, watch your favourite movies on the flatscreen TV in the family lounge that has sectional seating and doors leading to the private pool and spa. Upstairs is a second lounge with comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV. This is an ideal place for young guests to claim as their own during your vacation.
The Main bedroom is towards the back left of the villa and is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It features a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom which has a door to the pool. Upstairs and at the front left is Bedroom 2, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is at the back right, also with a King-size bed. At the left side of the villa with a King-size bed is Bedroom 4, while at the back left is Bedroom 5 with Twin beds. Lastly, Bedroom 6 is opposite Bedroom 4 and has Bunk beds and a separate smaller bed for toddlers. Both Bedrooms 5 and 6 are decorated in styles suitable for guests of a young age.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and make your way to the well-equipped games room at the front of the villa. Here you will find a pool table, air hockey, a basketball game and table football, all providing hours of entertainment for your whole family. Resort facilities at the clubhouse can be reached with a 6 minute walk. Here you will find a state-of-the-art gym, a games room and a TV lounge.
