This privately owned vacation villa is on the luxury gated resort community of Windsor at Westside in Kissimmee. It features 5 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom and enough beds to sleep 12 guests, a northwest-facing private pool, that is heated free of charge for our guests, an air-conditioned games room, a complimentary gas BBQ grill and resort facilities which can be reached with a 6 minute walk. At the clubhouse, you will find a state-of-the-art gym, a games room and TV lounge. Outside is a large swimming pool, water slides, a lazy river, kids splash pool, a hot tub and a Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. For guests looking to remain active, there are multipurpose sports and beach volleyball courts available. Just 10 minutes from your villa is the popular US192, home to hundreds of family friendly restaurants that will tempt your tastebuds. Disney World is just a 10-15 minute drive away, so head to Magic Kingdom to see the iconic Cinderella Castle, Epcot to visit the World Showcase and Hollywood Studios to face your fears at the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Universal Resorts are 25-30 minutes away and have The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all offering thrilling days out for your whole family. Discovery Cove offers the chance to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld lets you get close to all kinds of marine life, both just 20-25 minutes from your villa.
As soon as you step into this villa, you will find yourself in the family lounge. It has a flatscreen TV and a comfy sectional sofa, making it the perfect place to watch your favourite movies. Upstairs is a second lounge with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV, ideal if some guests want to watch a different movie than the one chosen downstairs. Centrally located downstairs is a formal dining table where you can enjoy an evening meal or play board games once the dishes have been cleared away. To the rear is the kitchen, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need during your stay. The breakfast bar is also a great place to start your morning with coffee and pancakes, before you head out to Orlando’s famous theme parks. A nearby door provides access to the northwest-facing pool.
The Main bedroom is located downstairs to the back left of the villa, has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, this is the only bedroom on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and at the back right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is at the back left and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is decorated in a Steamboat Willie-theme, has 2 Double beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is at the front right with a Toy Story-theme, 2 sets of Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and make your way to the well-equipped air-conditioned games room. Inside you will find a pool table, air hockey, table football and arcade games, providing hours of entertainment for your whole family. For more entertainment, make your way to the resort facilities which can be reached with a 6 minute walk.
