This privately owned vacation home is located on the luxury gated resort community of Windsor Hills in Kissimmee and comes with 3 bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathroom, as well as a private splash pool with no overlooking rear neighbours and is very close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions. First make your way to the Windsor Hills clubhouse which is only a 5 minute walk away, to make use of the amazing resort facilities, which include a 40 seat cinema, state-of-the-art gym, games arcade and ping-pong and pool tables. Outside you will find a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s water park, castle play area and a Tiki bar, while beach volleyball, tennis and basketball courts are available for more active family members. Hop in the car and make your way to Disney World, which is only 10-15 minutes away, to visit Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios and create unforgettable memories. Alternatively, head to Universal Resorts to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park to find unlimited thrills and chills. Other attractions include seeing penguins and polar bears at SeaWorld and swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove, both only 20-25 minutes away. After coming away from the theme parks, fill your empty stomach by heading a few minutes down the road to the US192 to find countless restaurants and take-aways that will satisfy all cravings and dietary requirements.
Settle right on in as soon as you enter this well-maintained property. Find the spacious and modern kitchen on the left, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you will need to make delicious meals for the entire family. The breakfast bar, with seating for 3, is a great place to start your morning with tea and toast before you head off for a day at the theme parks. Towards the rear right is a formal dining table with seating for 6, so everyone can gather around and enjoy a meal together, before playing board games or having a chat. To the rear left is a family lounge with a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the pool deck, an ideal place to watch your favourite movies and then go jump in the pool.
Each bedroom in this vacation home comes with its own en-suite bathroom, so no lengthy queues for a shower when you are getting ready to go out. Head upstairs to find the Main bedroom, which is at the back right and has a King-size bed. The only bedroom on the ground floor is Bedroom 2, located at the front left and has Queen-size bed. Back upstairs and at the front of the property, decorated with a Star Wars-theme and with Bunk beds is Bedroom 3, also featuring games consoles and additional seating. For additional ease and comfort, each room comes equipped with a flatscreen TV.
The Windsor Hills resort facilities are only a 5 minute walk from your vacation home and offer a number of features, such as 40 seat cinema, state-of-the-art gym, video games arcade, ping-pong and pool tables, as well as outside facilities of a heated swimming pool, children’s water park, hot tub, Tiki bar and a castle play area. Sportier family members should head to the beach volleyball, basketball and tennis courts to burn off some energy.
Kids will love the private splash pool at this vacation home as you teach them to swim in complete privacy thanks to the surrounding walls, while to the rear there are scenic views with no overlooking neighbours.
