This privately owned 6 bedroom vacation villa is located on the recommended gated resort community of Windsor Hills in Kissimmee. With a south-facing pool and relaxing spa, an air-conditioned games room and being close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions, your family will be very happy staying here during your trip. Make your way to the resort facilities at the clubhouse, which is only 9 minute walk away. Here you will find a state-of-the-art gym, a 40 seat cinema, video games arcade, as well as ping-pong and pool tables. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s water park with slides, a castle play area and a Tiki bar, while sportier guests should head to the tennis, beach volleyball and basketball courts. Disney is only 10-15 minutes away, so hop in the car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to make unforgettable and magical memories. Universal Resorts also offering amazing days out at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, are only 20-25 minutes away. Your family will love staying at this villa as you visit Orlando. The kitchen is located to the left of the villa, equipped with all the utensils and appliances you would need during your stay, while the breakfast bar is an ideal place to start your morning with coffee and bagels. Next to the kitchen, at the back left is a formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal, before spending the evening chatting or playing card games. The family lounge is to the right, with a flatscreen TV, comfortable seating and a door leading to the south-facing pool area. Watch all your favourite movies here while the kids can come and go as much as they like.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor and to the back of the villa, with a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 2, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and to the back right, with a Queen size bed, while Bedroom 4 is at the front right, with Twin beds and Mickey Mouse-inspired decoration. Bedroom 5 is centrally located on the right, with Twin beds and a theme suitable for guests of all ages. Back on the ground floor and to the front left, the Toy Story-themed Bedroom 6 has Twin beds.
The air-conditioned games room is located to the right of the villa, with table football, a ping-pong table and a flatscreen TV, as well as additional seating for those waiting for their turn to play. Walk 9 minutes to reach the clubhouse, with the resort facilities including a state-of-the-art gym, 40 seat cinema, video games arcade with ping-pong and pool tables. Outside is a heated pool, children’s water park, a hot tub, castle play area and a Tiki bar where you can get yourself a chilled drink. For sportier guests, there are tennis, beach volleyball and basketball courts available so they can use up the last of their energy.
