This highly recommended privately owned vacation villa is on the community of Windward Cay, with 4 bedrooms, a south-facing swimming pool and Home Cinema Room, making it ideal for your family to stay in during your Orlando vacation. Disney World, where dreams come true, is only 15-20 minutes away. Visit the Magic Kingdom and watch the amazing fireworks displays, Epcot, where you can experience worldwide cuisine and Hollywood Studios, where you can fly the Millenium Falcon. Alternatively, visit Hollywood Studios, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure being only 25-30 minutes away by car. For some ocean-based adventures, head to Seaworld to experience it first-hand and Volcano Bay, where you can swim with dolphins, both only 20-25 minutes away. After a day at the theme parks, travel a few minutes to visit the bustling US192, where you will find a wide range of restaurants and fast-food outlets that are certain to satisfy any cravings or dietary requirements.
As soon as you enter this vacation villa, you will find yourself in the lounge area, so kick off your shoes and relax. With seating for 5 people and a flatscreen TV, you can watch your favourite programs together in total comfort. To the left of the villa is the well-equipped and modern open-plan kitchen, with everything you may need to create tasty meals for the entire family. Breakfast bar seating for 4 is the perfect place for you to start your day with coffee and pancakes, before heading off to the nearby theme parks. Next to the kitchen and to the back of the villa is a formal dining table with seating for 6, where you can enjoy meals made by the designated chef or play some board games together once the dishes are cleared away, while a nearby door allows easy access to the south-facing pool.
The Main Bedroom is located at the back of the villa to the right and has a King-size bed, door to the south-facing pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the villa and has a Toy Story-theme and a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is at the back of the villa in the centre, with a Lion King-theme, window overlooking the pool deck and Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is at the front of the villa on the right and has a Frozen-theme with Twin beds. All rooms come with a flatscreen TV so everyone can watch their own movies as they drift off to sleep.
This villa features a private air-conditioned Home Cinema Room with a Disney-theme and recliner seating for 6, so make some popcorn and watch your favourite movies together. There is also a skee ball game that you can play and attempt to get the highest score.
The south-facing pool deck with conservation views to the rear is the perfect place for your family to relax and soak up the sunny Orlando weather. The kids can learn to swim in the private swimming pool, as you sit at the dining table, have a bite to eat, a drink and plan which theme park you want to visit next. A door leading from the pool deck to the Main Bedrooms en-suite bathroom prevents wet kids running through the villa as they try to find a towel.
The Kissimmee community of Windward Cay is close to Disney World and less than a mile from the US192 which has a range of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The privately owned rental villas here offer games rooms, south or west-facing pool and spa and are surrounded by conservation land. Orlando’s other attractions and theme parks are easy to reach from here as well, as are Florida's award-winning beaches.
